General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Multiple lumps that are painful and tender in the groin are to be taken as inflamed lymph nodes unless proved otherwise.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get a clinical evaluation and examination by a General Surgeon to get a clinical diagnosis to be supplemented by investigations of blood, stool and urine.
Also go for ultrasonography and FNAC of the nodes to get correct diagnosis.
A course of an antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory medications should help you well to get a control of the lumps in groin if they are of infective origin.
Further treatment will be as per the findings on investigations.
